Senior technical project specialist responsible for managing global digital experience and technology projects. Performs manual quality assurance testing for North American and EMEA e-commerce websites, creative content, and business applications. Responsibilities include estimating testing efforts, managing defects through closure, following QA policies and environment procedures, coordinating test cycles, reviewing test scripts, documenting results, and communicating across teams. The role requires troubleshooting, analytical, planning, scheduling, project estimation, strong communication, and at least one year of website QA experience.

Owns end-to-end recruitment for technical and commercial roles across EMEA and APAC, from intake through onboarding. Partners with hiring managers, sources candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards, advises on market conditions and compensation, maintains ATS records, drives hiring timelines, and delivers a strong candidate experience. The role also supports onboarding and pre-employment checks and requires fluent English, stakeholder management, sourcing expertise, and international recruitment experience.
