Teams at ADGM

Support implementation of supervisory frameworks and policies; supervise a portfolio of insurance and other financial institutions. Perform periodic risk and prudential assessments, draft and execute supervisory work plans, conduct reviews, follow up on deficiencies, ensure compliance with financial crime prevention, build stakeholder relationships, liaise internally, and contribute to projects and policy implementation.

Lead the AI workstream for digital products: develop and manage the AI roadmap, identify and prioritize use cases, produce business cases, act as product owner through delivery, ensure security and regulatory compliance, run UAT, monitor post‑deployment performance, and build internal AI agents and automations to drive operational efficiency while promoting responsible AI governance and adoption.

Provide legal and research support to Judges, the Registrar and Senior Legal Counsel at ADGM Courts. Review filings, draft court documents, assist case management, support registry stakeholders, contribute to policy and procedural drafting, and ensure adherence to information security and procedural requirements across court services.
