Teams at ADGM

Supports ADGM’s governance function by developing and maintaining governance frameworks, policies, authority matrices, committee terms of reference, delegation frameworks, and annual reports. Provides governance advice, regulatory compliance oversight, committee secretariat support, action tracking, and guidance to risk, compliance, and internal audit teams. Maintains registers of interest, reviews governance practices, and supports continuous improvement and special projects.

Provides legal and strategic advice to ADGM, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Manages contractual risk, drafts and negotiates agreements, supports disputes and litigation, advises authorities and the Board, manages external counsel, and improves legal processes. Supports team leadership, mentoring, performance management, and adherence to information security policies.

Support implementation of supervisory frameworks and policies; supervise a portfolio of insurance and other financial institutions. Perform periodic risk and prudential assessments, draft and execute supervisory work plans, conduct reviews, follow up on deficiencies, ensure compliance with financial crime prevention, build stakeholder relationships, liaise internally, and contribute to projects and policy implementation.
