ADEC is a nonprofit organization that empowers people with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live fulfilled lives in their communities. Serving people in Elkhart and St. Joseph counties, it provides residential and day-program services, employment support, therapies, transportation, and decision-making assistance. Its programs also help individuals build skills, pursue meaningful work, participate in community life, and support families through ongoing services and resources.
