Provide Level 2 service desk support for internal users: triage and resolve escalated tickets across desktop hardware, Windows/macOS, printing, networking, VPN, and applications. Install/configure OS and software, perform advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis, mentor Level I staff, maintain documentation and inventory, recommend infrastructure improvements, and uphold IT policies and SLAs. On-site in Irvine; occasional travel required; position requires U.S. person status (ITAR).

Lead manufacturing operations across CNC, additive, and quality teams; own Plan of Record execution in ProShop; manage throughput, WIP, labor, and POR governance; ensure AS9100/QMS/OSHA compliance; drive continuous improvement, 5S, root-cause analysis, and training; interface with planning, engineering, quality, and customers to meet cost, schedule, and quality targets.

Lead and supervise quality inspection activities to ensure manufactured parts meet engineering drawings and customer standards. Perform inspections with manual and metrology equipment, document results, review supplier certifications, report nonconformances, support root cause/corrective actions, maintain quality records, enforce AS9100/quality procedures, train staff, and drive continuous improvement.

Ensure manufacturing processes comply with regulatory, customer, and internal requirements. Document and improve processes, support MES implementation and traceability/serialization, assist manufacturing and QA with work orders and supplier audits, and maintain QMS compliance (ISO 9001/AS9100D) and ITAR/EAR adherence.

Set up, operate, maintain and perform precision machining on lathes, mills and multi-axis CNC equipment to produce aerospace parts to tight tolerances. Read blueprints, select tooling/programs, perform trial runs, inspect parts with precision gauging, follow AS9100/ISO9000 quality systems, perform basic maintenance, and support continuous improvement and training efforts.

Support plant leadership by developing and maintaining robust manufacturing processes, leading lean transformation and continuous improvement (Kaizen, Six Sigma, 5S), tooling layout/design, CNC process support, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, project management, and ensuring regulatory and customer compliance.

Lead site quality for aerospace manufacturing, implement and improve QMS to meet AS9100/ISO/NADCAP, manage audits, supplier quality, RCCA, FAI, inspection planning, metrics, and develop the Quality team.

Lead program execution from contract award through delivery for aerospace and defense manufacturing programs. Serve as primary customer liaison, manage scheduling, costs, risk, contract scope, and cross-functional teams while driving continuous improvement and reporting program metrics.

Manage in-process, receiving, final and calibration inspections; lead resolution of quality issues; support ISO and quality system maintenance; generate inspection plans and corrective actions; use Six Sigma and statistical process control; recommend process and equipment improvements; maintain KPIs and training requirements.

Lead and execute machining and manufacturing engineering projects across sites, support new program launches and complex machining introductions, perform manufacturability reviews and risk mitigation, drive continuous improvement (cycle time, yield, scrap), support NC programming and process optimization, deploy CNC equipment/automation/probing and digital workflows, and act as technical liaison to facilitate cross-site integration and knowledge transfer.

Program and maintain CNC/mill machine toolpaths using Siemens NX and SolidWorks, verify programs with Vericut, support touch-probe on-machine inspection, collaborate with PMs and MEs, coordinate job flow, and resolve programming issues to ensure safe, accurate, and efficient production.

Lead and develop an account management team while managing strategic customer accounts across aerospace, medical, and industrial markets. Drive revenue growth, expand services within existing accounts, set account strategies, oversee pipeline and proposals, support complex negotiations, and align internal teams to ensure program execution and customer satisfaction.

Process accounts payable transactions across multiple ERPs and Concur, post vendor invoices, complete PO/AP matching, run vendor payments, handle employee expense reports, perform bank reconciliations and daily cash reporting, assist with month-end close, general ledger reconciliations, and sales tax accounting while coordinating with sites to resolve AP/receiving issues.

Set up, operate, maintain and program CNC and manual mills and lathes to produce high-quality aerospace parts. Inspect to tight tolerances, deburr and finish parts, develop machining methods, mentor junior machinists, and follow strict safety and ITAR requirements.

Support full HR lifecycle at the Glen Burnie facility including talent acquisition, onboarding/offboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, HRIS data maintenance, compliance, policy updates, training coordination, safety support, and HR process improvement. Serve as primary HR contact and partner with managers to resolve issues and support workforce planning.

Operate, set up, program and maintain CNC and manual mills and lathes to produce high-quality aerospace parts. Perform precision inspection (to .0002"), tooling/fixture setup, deburring/finishing, and daily machine maintenance. Provide leadership to junior machinists, follow safety/PPE protocols, interpret drawings, resolve process issues, and support cross-functional teams.

Set up, operate, maintain multi-axis CNC machines to produce precision aerospace parts. Read blueprints, write/adjust G-Code, select tooling, monitor operations, inspect to ±0.0001 tolerances, update inventory and quality records, follow AS9100/ISO9000 standards, and support continuous improvement and team training.

Lead and administer the site's Quality Management System to ensure ISO/AS9100 compliance. Manage supplier quality, audits, customer complaints, nonconformance investigations, corrective and preventive actions, process control, and design control. Oversee inspection, metrology and lab processes, quality data reporting, and continuous improvement using Six Sigma tools. Support manufacturing and engineering, lead quality meetings, liaise with third-party auditors, and ensure materials and processes meet customer requirements.

Lead plant accounting and financial planning for a polymer additive manufacturing plant. Oversee month-end close, cost and product costing, KPIs, audits, budgeting, and capital analysis. Mentor accounting staff, drive process automation, ensure GAAP compliance, support inventory and tax activities, and partner with operations to improve financial performance.

Lead daily shop operations for CNC, manual machining, and coils. Manage production schedules, supervise and develop machinists and shift leads, coordinate maintenance and tooling, implement lean improvements, track KPIs, support quoting/RFQs, and liaise with engineering and senior leadership.
