Manages subscription lifecycle operations, including setup, renewals, pricing changes, payment recovery, sales tax accuracy, and auto-pay monitoring. Reconciles Stripe transactions with NetSuite revenue, accounts receivable, and deferred revenue, investigates discrepancies, supports month-end close, and maintains system integrations. Partners with Finance, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations to improve workflows, document procedures, identify automation opportunities, and resolve recurring subscription issues.

Leads AROYA’s post-sale customer experience, including support, success, agronomic advising, activation, adoption, renewals, retention, and expansion. Manages a five-person team, builds account health and operating models, owns churn and auto-renewal programs, establishes service standards, and maintains reporting and systems discipline. Partners with sales, product, finance, and marketing to improve customer outcomes, revenue retention, and expansion across the installed base.

Designs, develops, and validates complex electrical systems from concept through production. Leads analog/mixed-signal, sensor, power, EMC, wireless, PCB, and component design; collaborates with firmware, mechanical, systems, and manufacturing teams; drives EVT/DVT/PVT and certification activities; supports contract manufacturers; and mentors engineers. The role requires independent ownership of complex product-development projects and expertise in Altium-based PCB design, testing, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
