Inspect machined parts and outsourced components at all production phases to ensure conformance to drawings and standards. Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections, gage calibration and recordkeeping, generate inspection reports, interpret drawings including GDT, support engineers and manufacturing on process development and continuous improvement, and adhere to AS9100/ISO9001 standards.

Supervise CNC lathe department to meet production schedules, ensure quality and safety, program and optimize CNC lathes, troubleshoot machines, inspect parts to GD&T, train and manage machinists, and implement process improvements to reduce downtime and waste.

Operate CNC equipment, read blueprints, perform in-process inspections, make tool offset adjustments, ensure gauges are calibrated, follow lean manufacturing and safety procedures, and perform preventative maintenance to meet customer specifications.
