Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes, tooling, fixtures, and CNC programs. Collaborate cross-functionally to troubleshoot production, integrate new technologies, produce quotes, improve quality, reduce cycle time, and support continuous improvement.

Operate CNC equipment, read blueprints, perform in-process inspections, make tool offset adjustments, ensure gauges are calibrated, follow lean manufacturing and safety procedures, and perform preventative maintenance to meet customer specifications.

Inspect machined parts and outsourced components at all production phases to ensure conformance to drawings and standards. Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections, gage calibration and recordkeeping, generate inspection reports, interpret drawings including GDT, support engineers and manufacturing on process development and continuous improvement, and adhere to AS9100/ISO9001 standards.
