Serve as Addigy's first EMEA technical hire owning pre-sales demos, prospect technical evaluations, onboarding/implementation, Tier 1 EMEA support, professional services including scripting and API integrations, and acting as technical advisor to drive adoption and expansions.

Own top-of-funnel for assigned segments: source leads, run multi-touch outbound cadences (email, LinkedIn, phone), qualify prospects, and book meetings. Build and optimize AI-assisted outreach using AiSDR, HubSpot, Groove, Clay, and Claude, iterate on messaging and automations, and hand off qualified opportunities to Account Executives with clear context.

Manage a portfolio of SaaS customers to drive renewals, expansion, and retention. Build strategic account plans, nurture executive relationships, conduct QBRs, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, mitigate risks, and use data and AI tools to optimize workflows and revenue outcomes.
