Coordinate Poland accounting activities, validate local data against group reporting requirements, post NetSuite adjustments, reconcile general ledger and intercompany transactions, support month-end closing and financial reporting, monitor cash flow, perform bank reconciliations, ensure US GAAP compliance, assist audits, and improve accounting processes.

Oversee accounting, financial reporting, compliance, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and working capital for Addepto’s Polish operations. Analyze financial and operational data, monitor KPIs, identify risks and opportunities, and provide data-driven recommendations to management. Manage audits, statutory filings, reconciliations, external accounting providers, financial systems, process improvements, and coordination with international finance teams across Poland, Vietnam, and the United States.

Analyze and reverse-engineer legacy systems and operational processes, document As-Is and To-Be states, define integrations, data mappings, portals, and business rules, and own the prioritized product backlog. Lead stakeholder workshops, specify acceptance criteria, support migration and UAT, coordinate with architects and engineers, and prepare operational documentation and training for platform modernization in the aviation industry.
