Serve as the engineering lead on a manufacturing floor, resolving production issues across architectural, structural, and MEPF scopes. Update Bluebeam drawings, BOMs, work orders, cut lists, and shop documentation; identify root causes; propagate corrections; and coordinate with engineering, QA, process engineering, and production teams. The role also supports new product introductions, manufacturability improvements, and factory documentation quality at an on-site Sacramento facility.

The Director of Finance will lead FP&A, forecasting, budgeting, cash flow planning, financial modeling, performance reporting, and scenario analysis for a residential development company. Responsibilities include project and portfolio profitability analysis, lender and investor reporting, KPI governance, and building scalable dashboards, data workflows, and reporting systems. The role partners with acquisitions, construction, accounting, capital markets, and executive leadership to support financing, growth, liquidity, and operational decisions.

Serves as the field engineering lead for active residential construction sites. Resolves architectural, structural, and MEPF issues; creates Bluebeam redlines; updates BOMs, work orders, field installation drawings, and field kits; coordinates escalations; and ensures changes are propagated across homes. The role also documents recurring field problems, feeds improvements into product engineering, verifies fixes, and supports critical assembly stages at job sites and the manufacturing plant.
