Leads proposal development, RFQ and RFP responses, pursuit strategy, interviews, and proposal content. Manages brand standards, marketing communications, conferences, awards, content libraries, and marketing systems. Supports project documentation, billing coordination, project records, deadlines, and agency submissions. Collaborates with executives, engineers, project managers, business development teams, graphics staff, and teaming partners while maintaining quality, compliance, and timely delivery.

Own mechanical and piping CAD production for water, wastewater, and industrial infrastructure projects. Translate P&IDs, field information, equipment data, and engineering direction into coordinated plans, sections, layouts, isometrics, details, schedules, and construction documents. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, incorporate vendor and field information, perform quality checks, resolve routine drafting issues, support RFIs and submittals, maintain CAD standards, and mentor less-experienced designers.
