Develop and optimize CAD/CAM and CNC programs for aerospace die-cast components. Generate toolpaths, set up multi-axis mills and lathes, apply probing/CMM inspection, collaborate with engineers and QA, validate tolerances, and improve tooling and processes to meet strict aerospace standards.

Lead aerospace quality engineering for die casting and precision machining: ensure AS9100/ISO compliance, lead root-cause investigations (8D, 5-Why), support FAIs and CMM/measurement strategy, drive SPC/MSA-based improvements, support audits (NADCAP), mentor staff, and make production/ship/no-ship quality decisions.
