Adapty Benefits Overview

Own and scale Adapty’s Proxmox, Ceph, bare-metal, and cloud infrastructure across OVH, Hetzner, AWS, and GCP. Responsibilities include infrastructure automation with Terraform, Ansible, ArgoCD, and GitLab CI; resource rightsizing and FinOps; Kubernetes operations; cluster separation; reliability, incident response, and root-cause analysis; and supporting PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, and Aerospike data platforms.

Owns end-to-end revenue and marketing data integration, including ETL pipelines, dbt modeling, data quality monitoring, and Metabase dashboards. Analyzes SaaS revenue and marketing metrics, explains performance changes, and builds forecasting and churn-risk models. Partners with Revenue and Marketing teams to deliver reliable metrics, actionable insights, and scalable reporting.

Own the frontend architecture and development of Adapty’s Flow Builder, a complex browser-based editor for creating native-rendered mobile app experiences. Responsibilities include building canvas and layer interfaces, document models, undo/redo, autosave, versioning, concurrent editing, AI editing capabilities, configuration translation across five SDK runtimes, and accurate cross-device rendering. The role partners closely with product, design, and mobile teams while driving features from customer needs through production and measuring outcomes.
