Lead end-to-end delivery of utility-scale solar PV and BESS projects from preconstruction handoff through commercial operation. Own project plans, budgets, schedules, EPC execution, procurement, utility/GIA coordination, safety/quality systems, and stakeholder communications while managing and mentoring project staff and reporting project health to executives.

Lead the technical strategy for optimizing utility-scale solar-plus-storage systems, set modeling and dispatch standards, govern PV performance and BESS sizing, direct root-cause performance analysis, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and hire and develop an optimization engineering team to drive energy yield and financial return.

The Technical Program Manager will manage cybersecurity controls for SCADA and ICS environments, ensuring NERC CIP compliance and secure remote access while conducting audits and training.
