Lead O&M Services for a ~650 MW utility-scale solar and battery storage fleet: set strategy, budgets, vendor contracts, and reporting. Manage a small team, oversee spare-parts and site services, drive fleet availability and safety, and coordinate cross-functionally for commissioning and performance optimization. Regular site travel required.

The Director of Project Finance oversees tax equity and debt transactions, M&A analysis, investor communications, and collaborates with engineers and accountants on financial models, supporting the Asset Management team.

The Permitting Specialist will support the permitting process for solar PV and energy storage projects, manage relationships with authorities, prepare applications, and track permitting documentation.
