As an O&M Manager, you will oversee utility-scale solar projects, manage contractors, ensure equipment performance, and support budgeting and troubleshooting efforts.

The SCADA Engineer will design, support EPC teams, ensure compliance, manage documentation and protocols, and troubleshoot automation for solar power plants.

Lead O&M Services for a ~650 MW utility-scale solar and battery storage fleet: set strategy, budgets, vendor contracts, and reporting. Manage a small team, oversee spare-parts and site services, drive fleet availability and safety, and coordinate cross-functionally for commissioning and performance optimization. Regular site travel required.
