Leads the technical recruiting process for electrical BIM/VDC professionals serving U.S. electrical contractors. Defines candidate requirements, trains recruiters, creates screening standards and technical assessments, reviews portfolios, interviews candidates, grades assessments, benchmarks compensation, and establishes a scalable recruiting process. Requires advanced Revit MEP and Navisworks Manage expertise, strong electrical or MEP specialization, commercial or industrial construction experience, and experience reviewing or managing BIM modelers.
