Teams at Adaptive Teams

Manage multiple Amazon and eCommerce client accounts, build trusted relationships, coordinate internal teams, monitor performance, identify opportunities and risks, and communicate actionable recommendations. The role requires proactive ownership, strong stakeholder management, confident English communication, organization, independent work, and sound decision-making in a fast-paced environment.

Own Amazon SEO and Data Dive analytics across a large product catalog. Identify keyword opportunities, indexing gaps, ranking signals, CTR and CVR trends, then translate insights into strategies for copywriting and PPC teams. Support catalog setup, product launches, optimization rollouts, compliance, reporting, and legacy listing updates. The role is primarily technical and analytical, requiring independent work, cross-functional communication, and strong knowledge of Amazon SEO mechanics.

Provides remote front-line IT support, including account setup, password resets, permissions, platform access, and troubleshooting. Conducts recurring system and data audits, resolves discrepancies with facility managers, updates tracking systems, and follows IT security and documentation procedures. The role requires strong organization, communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills, with basic Microsoft 365 knowledge preferred.
