Teams at Adaptive Security

Lead customer implementation, onboarding, and ongoing technical support for a SaaS cybersecurity product. Conduct kickoff calls, monitor support channels, troubleshoot and escalate issues to Engineering, gather product feedback, and partner with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and ensure customers realize value.

Generate and qualify leads through outreach (emails/calls), collaborate with founders and sales leadership, iterate on sales strategies, and rapidly learn tech sales processes to convert prospects into pipeline.

The role involves owning the full sales cycle, engaging with C-level decision-makers, managing a pipeline of large accounts, and collaborating with various teams to refine the sales process.
