Teams at Adaptive Security

Generate and qualify leads through outreach (emails/calls), collaborate with founders and sales leadership, iterate on sales strategies, and rapidly learn tech sales processes to convert prospects into pipeline.

Lead customer implementation, onboarding, and ongoing technical support for a SaaS cybersecurity product. Conduct kickoff calls, monitor support channels, troubleshoot and escalate issues to Engineering, gather product feedback, and partner with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and ensure customers realize value.

Lead finance and accounting: own FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, SaaS metrics, board and investor reporting, fundraising support, accounting operations, billing/treasury, payroll across entities, drive GAAP maturity and first audit, hire and scale the finance team, and implement finance systems and automation.
