Lead cross-functional rollouts from strategy to shipped campaigns with design and production support, working directly with execs, Sales, Recruiting, and Partnerships.

Own security posture and HIPAA-aligned safeguards; architect and maintain Microsoft 365/Entra/Intune cloud infrastructure; manage backups, DR, monitoring, patching, VPNs and firewalls; lead M&A IT integrations and playbooks; secure and manage endpoints across Windows, macOS, iOS via Intune, Jamf, Knox; support HRIS/EHR platforms; lead incident response and documentation; enable fast, secure growth for a distributed workforce.

Lead market selection, design entry playbooks, and execute regional launches for an AI-native home health platform. Build KPIs, partner with Ops/Clinical/Product/AI, run field operations, codify reusable playbooks, and scale growth through de novo launches, acquisitions, and partnerships.

Lead end-to-end design, launch, and scaling of focused home-health clinical programs (ortho, cardiovascular, oncology). Own program definition, execution with Partnerships and market teams, KPI design, outcome reporting, and evidence generation to convert pilots into scalable pipelines.
