Manage daily site operations for offices and regulated lab/GMP spaces, lead and coach operations staff, oversee vendors and landlord relationships, maintain compliance and QMS records, manage budgets and KPIs, support safety, continuity, and continuous improvement initiatives, and participate in site projects and change management to ensure reliable service delivery and regulatory alignment.

Support and maintain EH&S programs across laboratory, warehouse, and office environments. Conduct inspections, audits, incident investigations, training, waste management, chemical and biological safety, emergency preparedness, ergonomic assessments, and occupational health support. Track corrective actions, maintain compliance records and metrics, coordinate vendor and contractor safety onboarding, and support regulatory inspections and continuous improvement.
