Provides respiratory equipment instruction, fitting, troubleshooting, maintenance, and follow-up for patients in homes, offices, and hospitals. The role sets up PAP equipment, documents services for billing, performs safety and infection-control procedures, identifies urgent patient needs, and supports quality improvement. It also trains and mentors staff, coordinates with respiratory and operations teams, and promotes services to referral sources. Travel throughout the service area, equipment handling, patient assistance, and occasional extended hours are required.

Supports regional healthcare operations by improving workflows, processing insurance and authorization documentation, maintaining accurate EMR data, analyzing errors, resolving operational issues, and assisting with training and projects. The role also performs patient follow-ups, monitors quality and performance metrics, maintains payer and compliance knowledge, and ensures adherence to documentation, HIPAA, PPE, and infection-control standards.
