Generates sales and referrals for home medical equipment through outbound calls, relationship building, and coordination with patients, physicians, clinics, and referral sources. Processes complex DME orders, verifies insurance coverage, obtains authorizations and documentation, explains financial responsibilities, resolves service issues, and supports timely patient admissions. Maintains knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and private payer requirements while collaborating with sales, marketing, and operations teams to improve revenue, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Supports budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, monthly close, financial reporting, variance analysis, financial modeling, and operating performance analysis. Partners with department leaders, evaluates capital expenditures, analyzes trends and processes, develops management reports, and provides analytical support for business decisions and system enhancements.

Leads budgeting, forecasting, reporting, cost modeling, variance analysis, KPI tracking, and scenario planning for the Commercial organization. Partners with Sales, Marketing, HR, Corporate FP&A, and executive leaders on commissions, headcount, operating expenses, territory planning, incentive design, and strategic investments. Owns consolidated Commercial cost planning, supports board-level reporting, and provides financial insights to improve resource allocation and organizational performance.
