Supports regional healthcare operations through workflow improvement, documentation review, insurance verification, authorization processing, EMR data entry, quality monitoring, training, and process optimization. The role analyzes errors, resolves operational issues, maintains payer and compliance knowledge, supports patient assessments and follow-ups, and collaborates with leadership to improve efficiency while meeting quality metrics and HIPAA, PPE, and infection control standards.

Provides respiratory equipment support and direct patient care across home, office, and hospital settings. Fits and instructs patients on PAP equipment, conducts follow-ups, troubleshoots and repairs devices, completes insurance and compliance documentation, and escalates urgent needs. The role also supports quality improvement, equipment safety, referral relationships, and team training. Requires travel throughout the service area, patient confidentiality, physical lifting, independent work, and availability outside normal business hours.
