Review, validate, and collect clinical documentation (prescriptions, CMNs/LMNs, labs, prior authorizations) to ensure payer compliance and billing readiness. Reconcile outstanding charges, request and track prior authorizations, communicate with physician offices and payers, update physician databases, and support revenue-cycle and customer service teams while meeting productivity and quality standards.

Lead daily operations for one or multiple home medical equipment branch locations, managing delivery, warehouse, logistics, fleet, inventory, staff training, budgeting, regulatory compliance (CMS, DOT, OSHA, FDA), KPIs, dispatch, and cross-functional issue resolution. Serve as on-site leader, handle on-call emergencies, drive process improvements, and maintain relationships with referral sources to ensure timely, safe patient service.

Entry-level sales role responsible for growing referrals and revenue for home medical equipment. Conduct daily outreach to referral sources, process orders, coordinate with internal teams, educate on insurance/Medicare, and maintain client satisfaction. Develop territory call plans and promote cross-selling among business lines.
