Gathers requirements, designs architectures, configures workflows, portals, automation, asset schemas, integrations, and ITIL processes. Supports migrations, pre-sales, solution estimates, proposals, and client relationship management. Contributes to practice development, internal initiatives, technical upskilling, and new service offerings. Requires autonomous delivery, strong stakeholder communication, fluent Italian, and willingness to travel to client sites as needed.

Drive profitable growth across strategic DACH enterprise accounts by executing account plans, generating pipeline, conducting value-based discovery, managing complex stakeholder relationships, and progressing opportunities through closure. The role partners with Strategic Account Directors, presales, delivery, customer success, and technology partners while maintaining forecast accuracy, CRM hygiene, commercial discipline, and customer-focused business cases.
