Lead and manage end-to-end O&M for solar plants, ensuring >99% availability. Develop long-term O&M plans, monitor SCADA, perform preventive and breakdown maintenance, manage spares and contractors, conduct site assessments and JMRs, liaise with DISCOM/Govt/OEMs, enforce safety and QA/QC, track KPIs (CUF, PR), and prepare reports.

Lead and manage regulatory and non-regulatory litigation; draft notices, pleadings and petitions; coordinate with business units and external counsel; provide internal legal advice; oversee legal documentation, research and legal-tech adoption; liaise with regulators and courts.
