Manage litigation, arbitration, recovery, contractual, commercial, and regulatory disputes across India. Draft and negotiate commercial, shipping, logistics, procurement, and international contracts. Advise management on legal risks, sanctions, anti-bribery, trade, maritime, and regulatory compliance. Coordinate with external counsel, courts, tribunals, regulators, and government authorities while maintaining litigation records, budgets, and compliance processes.

Coordinates procurement across mining sites, including strategic sourcing, bid evaluation, commercial negotiations, contract preparation, supplier onboarding, vendor performance management, SAP purchasing records, logistics, risk mitigation, and procurement analytics. The role supports compliance with procurement procedures, improves supplier and inventory efficiency, and collaborates with internal teams and external vendors.

Leads HR strategy and roadmap for a business unit, including policy, organization design, workforce planning, culture, change management, talent development, performance management, rewards, and employee engagement. Partners with stakeholders to align HR initiatives with business priorities, support organizational transformation, and ensure effective talent and compensation practices.
