Partners with business leaders on talent strategy, succession planning, performance management, employee engagement, organizational development, and change management. Advises managers on HR policies and employee matters, investigates grievances, supports learning initiatives, and drives organizational effectiveness and alignment with business goals.

Collects, manages, analyzes, and reports security data to identify trends, vulnerabilities, threats, and root causes. Develops dashboards and reports using visualization tools, supports vulnerability assessments and incident response improvements, validates data quality, and recommends security system and process enhancements. Collaborates with IT, security, risk, audit, vendors, and senior stakeholders to improve operational efficiency, governance, and risk mitigation.

Leads cybersecurity governance, strategy, security operations, infrastructure and cloud security, identity and access management, risk and compliance, incident response, business continuity, and security awareness programs. Oversees SOC activities, vulnerability remediation, audits, security assessments, policy development, and alignment with ISO 27001, NIST, and regulatory requirements.
