Provides sales and administrative support to investment advisors, registered representatives, and clients. Responsibilities include maintaining financial-services files, opening and updating client accounts, processing checks, preparing reports and spreadsheets, coordinating client communications, monitoring investment reviews, and scheduling meetings. The role requires confidentiality, organization, communication skills, intermediate Microsoft Office knowledge, and willingness to learn proprietary software. This is an on-site office position with travel to other offices as needed.

Processes payroll data, wage and overtime calculations, deductions, advances, and employee record changes. Reviews timekeeping records, updates pay and tax information, maintains attendance records, and supports client payroll needs. The role requires confidentiality, organization, communication, Excel proficiency, and occasional overtime and travel.
