Provide onsite desktop, laptop, server, and network support for clients: troubleshoot, document, prioritize, escalate issues, perform hardware installs and break/fix, manage servers, firewalls, backups, and use ticketing/RMM/PSA tools to restore services.

Provide general administrative support including answering phones, greeting clients, preparing documents using word processing and spreadsheets, managing mail, scheduling meetings, maintaining records and office areas, coordinating projects and vendor deliveries, and performing other assigned office tasks.

Prepare tax returns and conduct tax research for closely held business clients; perform accounting analyses, maintain billing/time records, support practice development, mentor staff, and ensure compliance with professional standards.
