Own recurring performance reporting for institutional and private wealth clients, including client reports, presentation materials, consultant databases, and third-party portal updates. Validate and reconcile complex financial data, maintain process documentation, respond to performance inquiries, and support sales materials, meetings, RFPs, and ad hoc analyses. Collaborate across investment, marketing, finance, accounting, technology, and middle-office teams while improving reporting through standardization, automation, and AI-enabled tools.

Supports EMEA investor relations activities in the DACH region by preparing investor reporting, analyzing portfolios and cash flows, coordinating client communications, maintaining investor portal and CRM data, and supporting RFPs, due diligence materials, presentations, prospect research, and market intelligence. The role also manages prospective-client tracking, internal processes, and strategic projects while providing high-quality service to institutional investors and consultants.

Provides administrative and office support for the Seoul team, including calendar and meeting coordination across time zones, domestic and international travel arrangements, expense reporting, correspondence, document preparation, and client meeting materials. Supports office operations such as supplies, catering, meeting rooms, and vendors while coordinating with global administrative professionals. Requires strong organization, discretion, communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, databases, and CRM systems.
