Provides direct administrative support to senior leadership in a fast-paced New York investment management office. Responsibilities include global calendar management, domestic and international travel planning, expense reporting, meeting coordination, CRM data entry, document preparation, visitor reception, correspondence management, file administration, and backup support for other assistants.

Lead portfolio finance across private equity and private credit strategies. Optimize liquidity, leverage, cash levels, and financing facilities; build cash-flow and risk models; negotiate subscription line, NAV, and asset-backed credit facilities; manage FX hedging; coordinate projections across investment, operations, accounting, tax, and risk teams; establish policies and controls; and mentor Associates and Senior Associates.

Coordinate the formation, structuring, launch, and ongoing legal management of EMEA regulated private equity and credit funds. Draft and negotiate fund, distribution, platform, management, and commercial agreements; oversee regulatory filings, disclosures, board materials, and compliance calendars; advise stakeholders on legal and regulatory risks; and improve internal processes while coordinating with outside counsel and service providers.
