Supports the General Manager in directing sales and operational activities for the Peoria market. Coordinates cross-department projects, events, and training; communicates priority issues; assists employees and escalates concerns; performs assigned data analysis and reporting; and helps improve organizational efficiency.

Support budgeting, rolling forecasts, full P&L projections, weekly revenue forecasting, variance analysis, month-end close, and financial reporting across multiple markets. Develop models for M&A, capital projects, new builds, and asset conversions, including ROI, IRR, payback, pro forma, synergy, and sensitivity analyses. Improve standardized FP&A processes and collaborate with finance leadership, accounting, and market teams.

Supports the advertising sales department by preparing proposals, presentations, media kits, insertion orders, inventory reports, projections, and client materials. Compiles information for account executives and sales management, researches clients and market trends, updates inventory systems, coordinates between clients and internal departments, answers incoming calls, and may assist with accounts receivable and sales meetings.
