Create precise, production-ready shop drawings for commercial cabinetry and millwork from architectural plans and specifications. Collaborate with project managers, estimators, and production teams; revise drawings based on markups and change orders; follow AWI standards; support cut lists, bills of materials, fabrication instructions, file management, and project documentation. Occasional production or job-site visits may be required for measurements or coordination.

Translate architectural drawings and customer specifications into engineered solutions, detailed drawings, bills of materials, cut lists, and CNC-ready production files for custom cabinetry and millwork. Ensure designs are constructible, manufacturable, standards-compliant, and efficiently documented. Collaborate with project managers, estimators, drafters, and production teams to resolve challenges, support submittals, maintain version control, and improve manufacturing processes and cost efficiency.

Fabricates solid surface countertops, wall panels, and custom assemblies by interpreting drawings, measuring and cutting materials, assembling components, and meeting quality standards. Operates hand and power tools, maintains a safe and clean work environment, follows production timelines, supports plant operations, and handles materials up to 50 pounds. Requires attention to detail, basic math and communication skills, teamwork, color and texture differentiation, and the ability to work in a dusty, fast-paced environment.
