Leads the design, automation, operation, and security of scalable cloud platforms. Builds Terraform modules, CI/CD pipelines, observability configurations, and cloud-native infrastructure while optimizing reliability and cost. Guides DevSecOps practices, supports migrations, ensures CMS/NIST compliance, mentors engineers, collaborates with stakeholders, presents technical decisions, and contributes to client engagements, bids, and candidate interviews.

Design, develop, test, maintain, and improve front-end and back-end software systems. Troubleshoot complex technical issues, contribute to scalable solutions, communicate with stakeholders, create technical documentation, mentor engineers, participate in hiring, and lead small technical projects and initiatives.
