Senior network/security engineer responsible for Palo Alto firewall and Panorama administration, proxy engineering, DLP and SCM integration, packet-level troubleshooting (tcpdump/Wireshark), SIEM log correlation (Splunk/ELK), Zero Trust network design, and ensuring IRS/NIST boundary protection compliance. Leads firewall normalization, Panorama 12.x integration with Strata Cloud Manager, and DLP plugin upgrades.

Serve as a technical accessibility lead for the Enterprise Copyright System: conduct audits, remediate high-impact issues, build prioritization and risk frameworks, integrate accessibility into Design System and CI/CD testing, and mentor cross-functional teams to meet WCAG 2.1 AA and Section 508 standards.

Lead product strategy and delivery for a government-focused program, manage client relationships, mentor product team members, align cross-functional priorities, mitigate delivery risks, support hiring and people operations, and contribute to continuous improvement and proposal activities to ensure programs meet scope, schedule, cost, and client expectations.
