Supports business-critical applications through production monitoring, incident investigation, troubleshooting, application changes, and technical fixes. Uses SQL, logs, monitoring tools, and structured processes to resolve issues and validate data, transactions, and releases. Collaborates with clients, vendors, and internal teams on integrations and service reliability. Develops lower-complexity code, scripts, configurations, and automation under senior guidance while maintaining documentation and participating in on-call and weekend support rotations.

Coordinates the technical, legal, and administrative processes for acquiring and onboarding third-party data. Maintains feed documentation, tracks licensing agreements and compliance records, supports troubleshooting with data ingestion teams, manages provider information in Salesforce, monitors vendor SLAs and data quality, and reconciles usage, volumes, invoices, and contract limits with procurement and finance.

Develop and oversee multi-channel campaign strategies across multiple clients, defining audience segmentation, funnel design, KPIs, and BRDs. Partner with analytics, creative, media, and operations teams to map journeys, deploy audiences, and interpret performance. Manage multiple concurrent strategies, respond to ad-hoc requests, improve processes, and present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders.
