The Expert Integration Architect leads the design and implementation of data and identity solutions, coordinating technical aspects and client communication while ensuring quality assurance and integration of marketing technologies.

Leads revenue operations across cloud and data-platform partners, ensuring accurate usage reporting, revenue processing, data validation, pipeline performance, and audit readiness. The role manages client and partner communications, resolves discrepancies, supports onboarding, coordinates API and data integrations, delivers reporting, and improves scalable revenue workflows. It partners cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Legal, Product, Operations, and external stakeholders to identify risks, prevent revenue leakage, and optimize client and partner experiences.

Leads client success and service delivery across major accounts, serving as the senior link between clients, product, sales, and operations. Oversees account strategy, budgets, schedules, profitability, client engagement, contract negotiations, and organizational objectives. Directs multiple service teams, advises executives, resolves complex issues, and drives loyalty, measurable client value, retention, and expansion. Requires extensive client-facing leadership experience, preferably within automotive or P&C insurance engagement solutions.
