Lead design and activation of privacy-compliant audiences using Acxiom data and partner assets. Build scalable segments for programmatic, direct mail, and email; manage modeling (propensity, LTV, lookalike); align identity resolution to activation; measure match rates, scalability, and campaign performance; advise clients and internal teams on audience strategy and governance.

Client- and partner-facing revenue operations role responsible for onboarding, data validation, revenue reporting, pipeline analysis, API/data integrations, SLA-driven monthly revenue processes, and building BI dashboards and narratives to identify discrepancies, leakage, compliance risks, and optimization opportunities.

Develop and oversee multi-channel campaign strategies across multiple clients, defining audience segmentation, funnel design, KPIs, and BRDs. Partner with analytics, creative, media, and operations teams to map journeys, deploy audiences, and interpret performance. Manage multiple concurrent strategies, respond to ad-hoc requests, improve processes, and present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders.
