Manages the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate engagement, interviews, offers, onboarding, and compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements. Partners with hiring managers, tracks recruitment metrics, improves sourcing strategies, and supports workforce planning, employer branding, and diversity recruiting initiatives.

Manage onsite HR operations, employee relations, recruiting support, onboarding, HRIS changes, leave coordination, employment-law compliance, training logistics, payroll coordination, and personnel records. Partner with leadership and centralized HR teams on workforce planning, engagement, performance management, open enrollment, policy updates, investigations, and corrective actions. Ensure compliance with California wage, hour, leave, privacy, final-pay, and workplace requirements while providing confidential guidance to employees and managers.
