Leads fracture mechanics and integrity engineering projects for oil and gas clients. Responsibilities include fitness-for-service and engineering critical assessments, crack and corrosion evaluation, fracture and fatigue analysis, client relationship management, proposal development, technical reporting, supplier coordination, and presenting findings to operators and regulators. The role also supports field inspections, equipment assessments, repair recommendations, quality plans, safety compliance, and mentoring.

Conducts engineering studies, collects and analyzes data, develops project scopes, plans, estimates, and client reports. The role involves testing and investigation, hands-on mechanical equipment, 3D modeling and fabrication drawings, programming, instrumentation, control systems, vendor coordination, and managing multiple projects. Strong communication, customer service, analytical ability, and willingness to learn are required. The position is onsite in Magnolia, Texas, with possible travel and occasional site visits.
