Lead and oversee ambulatory surgery center operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, financial performance, staffing, and quality improvement. Partner with physicians and clinical leaders to grow and optimize service lines, monitor metrics and P&L, manage billing and budgets, and coach staff to meet organizational goals.

Provide perioperative nursing care in the operating room: assess, plan, implement and evaluate care; ensure patient safety (site verification, counts, infection prevention); administer medications; manage specimens; educate patients/support persons; document care; participate in quality improvement and team collaboration; maintain competencies and required certifications.

Provide operational leadership and strategic oversight for multi-site ophthalmology clinics and optical retail locations. Support site leaders, drive standardization, optimize workflows, ensure compliance and patient satisfaction, manage budgets and staffing, partner with physician leadership, and lead growth and cost-containment initiatives.
