Processes biweekly and off-cycle payroll, including employee changes, taxes, deductions, benefits, garnishments, and adjustments. Reviews timekeeping data, prepares payroll reports, performs reconciliations, supports audits and W-2 reporting, maintains payroll systems and records, and assists with compliance and process improvements. Resolves routine payroll questions and discrepancies while protecting confidential employee information.

The HR Generalist partners with management and employees on employee relations, investigations, compliance, performance management, recruitment, onboarding, benefits, HRIS administration, reporting, and personnel documentation. The role provides HR guidance, resolves workplace issues, supports talent acquisition and development, maintains regulatory compliance, and delivers confidential administrative support while aligning HR services with organizational goals.
