Provides direct care to geriatric residents in a skilled nursing neighborhood under licensed nurse supervision. Responsibilities include respecting confidentiality and collaborating with the care team. Requires current state Geriatric Nursing Assistant certification and current or eligible CPR certification.

Oversee community-level human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, retention, team member relations, conflict resolution, engagement, workplace culture, talent strategy, and employment-law compliance. Partner with regional HR leadership and community management to implement HR programs and organizational policies.
