The role also develops dashboards and metrics, advises leadership, and fosters a culture of integrity across employees, volunteers, and board members.

Leads strategy, planning, and execution for a $400,000+ event fundraising portfolio. Builds donor, sponsor, volunteer, and community relationships; drives revenue and participation; manages event logistics, budgets, vendors, and cross-functional coordination; monitors performance; and strengthens long-term constituent engagement.
