The Chief of Staff will support the Co-Founder by driving strategic initiatives, collaborating with executive leaders, and ensuring high execution speed in various tasks across the organization.

Own a concentrated portfolio of 6–8 strategic enterprise SaaS accounts, driving retention, renewals, expansion, executive relationships, ROI narratives, and customer references. The role carries end-to-end commercial responsibility for multi-million-dollar accounts, partners with AEs and product teams, and translates AI-driven workflows into measurable revenue outcomes. This senior individual contributor position is based in New York with expected customer travel and a preference for three office days weekly.

Design and own the companys end-to-end data and analytics stack: build metrics, dashboards, and reporting; instrument product and GTM signals; transform messy data into structured inputs for AI agents; and define analytics infrastructure (dbt, Snowflake, Mode) while partnering across founders, engineering, and GTM teams.
