Teams at Actively AI

Become a product expert, lead customer onboarding and enablement, configure and optimize AI agents and workflows, diagnose product issues, and translate customer feedback into product insights. Create repeatable guides and playbooks, support feature adoption, and help sales teams incorporate Actively into their workflows. The role requires strong communication, teaching ability, technical fluency, curiosity about AI products, and comfort working in an early-stage environment.

Own customer onboarding, Salesforce integrations, technical pilots, data troubleshooting, model performance analysis, and post-launch optimization. Partner with customers, engineering, product, and founders to improve adoption, tune LLM outputs, build onboarding tooling, and inform product roadmap decisions. The role combines software engineering, data science, customer engagement, and technical delivery to drive measurable revenue outcomes.

The Agent Product Manager will design, deploy, and optimize AI workflows for enterprise customers, ensuring effective GTM strategies and measurable outcomes.
