Lead and develop a team of Customer Experience Specialists on the graveyard shift, manage escalations, analyze performance metrics (CSAT, QA), optimize staffing and workflows, drive continuous improvement using AI/automation, partner cross-functionally, and perform root-cause analysis to implement long-term solutions.
