Teams at ActiveCampaign

Leads a technical support engineering team while remaining hands-on with coding, debugging, APIs, architecture, scripting, root-cause analysis, and AI tooling prototypes. Manages team development, queue health, escalations, technical resolution quality, operational metrics, dashboards, documentation, and cross-functional partnerships with Product, Engineering, and AI teams.

Provides trilingual technical and customer support for ActiveCampaign users through chat, email, screen sharing, and phone. Resolves account and software issues, explains marketing automation and AI capabilities, investigates bugs, identifies product improvements, and collaborates with development and cross-functional teams. The role supports high customer volumes during an overnight Costa Rica schedule and requires strong communication, problem-solving, conflict-resolution, and customer service skills.

Architect and own core capabilities of an internal AI agent platform: design deployment patterns, shared services, observability, integrations, and developer tooling; partner with stakeholders to turn strategic goals into production-ready agent solutions; troubleshoot and unblock builders while improving platform reliability, scalability, security, and reuse.
