Owns the accounts receivable billing-to-cash cycle for assigned projects and customer accounts. Prepares invoices, applies payments, maintains aging records, leads collections, resolves disputes, reconciles A/R to the general ledger, and supports close, audits, cash forecasting, and revenue recognition. The role also establishes customer and contract records, monitors funding and billing milestones, submits government invoices through WAWF/PIEE, and partners with project managers, contracts staff, and finance leadership.

Leads the company’s operations organization, overseeing security integration projects, service programs, field operations, financial performance, staffing, quality, safety, compliance, facilities, logistics, and customer delivery. Develops operational strategy, KPIs, policies, and scalable systems; manages operations and project leaders; supports capture and pricing decisions; and builds relationships with customers, partners, vendors, and subcontractors. The role is hybrid in Northern Virginia with occasional travel to project and customer sites.
