The Managing Director will mentor Activate Fellows, drive fellowship programs, lead selection efforts, and engage with community stakeholders to foster entrepreneurial success in Boston.

Coordinates fellowship education programs, events, logistics, communications, learning materials, alumni resources, calendars, and operational priorities. Maintains and analyzes program data, creates basic visualizations, supports cross-functional projects, and helps deliver a strong experience for fellows and alumni.

Lead Activate's New York fellowship community (~20 fellows) delivering end-to-end fellow experience through programming, operations, onboarding, benefits, budgeting, and events. Supervise the Fellowship Associate, partner with the Managing Director, cultivate ecosystem partnerships, represent Activate at events, and collaborate cross-functionally to amplify impact and support hard-tech founder commercialization.

Provide capital strategy and fundraising support to early-stage hard-tech founders, manage Activate's internal investment fund, grow and maintain investor networks, design scalable capital-support services, run investor events, and develop data-driven insights and operational tools to improve fellow and investor experiences.
