Leads Activate’s Berkeley fellowship community as primary advisor to science entrepreneurs. Responsibilities include mentoring fellows, overseeing selection, managing Berkeley Lab and Cyclotron Road partnerships, coordinating educational programming, developing university and innovation ecosystem relationships, engaging government and philanthropic sponsors, representing Activate externally, and supporting alumni and cross-functional program operations.

Leads Activate’s New York fellowship community for scientist-entrepreneurs. Owns the fellow experience, programming, selection, onboarding, data, benefits, budget, partnerships, events, and operational improvements. Manages the Fellowship Associate, supports fellows with the Managing Director, coordinates cross-functional initiatives, and represents Activate within New York’s hard-tech ecosystem.

Coordinates fellowship education programs, events, logistics, communications, learning materials, alumni resources, calendars, and operational priorities. Maintains and analyzes program data, creates basic visualizations, supports cross-functional projects, and helps deliver a strong experience for fellows and alumni.
