The Managing Director will mentor Activate Fellows, drive fellowship programs, lead selection efforts, and engage with community stakeholders to foster entrepreneurial success in Boston.

Lead the Activate Anywhere fellowship community, designing virtual programming and quarterly in-person gatherings; manage operations including recruitment, onboarding, benefits, budgeting, data-driven program evaluation; supervise a Fellowship Associate; collaborate cross-functionally and represent Activate at recruitment events to strengthen alumni and community connections.

The Program Manager will attract science entrepreneurs to Activate programs through outreach, relationship-building, and executing recruitment strategies. Responsibilities include planning recruitment campaigns, engaging with stakeholders, and managing applicant data.

Lead Activate's New York fellowship community (~20 fellows) delivering end-to-end fellow experience through programming, operations, onboarding, benefits, budgeting, and events. Supervise the Fellowship Associate, partner with the Managing Director, cultivate ecosystem partnerships, represent Activate at events, and collaborate cross-functionally to amplify impact and support hard-tech founder commercialization.

Provide capital strategy and fundraising support to early-stage hard-tech founders, manage Activate's internal investment fund, grow and maintain investor networks, design scalable capital-support services, run investor events, and develop data-driven insights and operational tools to improve fellow and investor experiences.

The Head of Talent Discovery & Intelligence Systems will design and enhance a data-driven fellow selection process, leveraging insights from scientific data to improve Activate's impact. Responsibilities include system design, strategic sourcing, translating data into insights, and innovating product offerings.
