Provide first-line operational support across enterprise platforms (Salesforce, Workato, UiPath, Workday/Cumulus, Tableau, Slack). Monitor support mailboxes, log and triage tickets, meet SLAs, escalate to L2/AMS, maintain runbooks and knowledge base, communicate with users, and support governance/compliance activities.

Owner of operational health for three enterprise systems: manage patching/vulnerability cycles, production support, compliance reviews, vendor and contract tracking, and assist Senior Product Manager with backlog grooming, UAT coordination, roadmap tracking, and stakeholder communications.

Lead design, development, and customization of ESRI ArcGIS Enterprise GIS applications. Build FME workflows, REST APIs, optimise spatial queries, troubleshoot complex spatial data issues, guide geospatial architecture, conduct code reviews, document solutions, and support capacity building for government GIS projects.
