Designs and operates shared DevSecOps capabilities for cloud-native products, including infrastructure as code, cloud automation, observability, CI/CD security controls, vulnerability management, monitoring, incident response, and compliance automation. The role builds reusable platform components, dashboards, alerting, runbooks, and operational workflows while improving reliability, security, and cloud efficiency in a regulated government environment.

The Business Analyst defines business problems, processes, user journeys, requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and business rules for government digital products. The role facilitates stakeholder workshops, supports backlog prioritization, collaborates with product, design, engineering, architecture, DevOps, and operations teams, and contributes to testing, release readiness, incident reviews, and continuous improvement. The analyst will also support AI-enabled governance, risk, compliance, and continuous assurance capabilities.

Design, develop, deploy, and support low-code applications, workflow automations, dashboards, integrations, and data solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and related technologies. Analyze business requirements, improve processes, test and troubleshoot solutions, support security and governance requirements, and collaborate with government stakeholders, vendors, and technical partners. The role also requires maintaining documentation and providing operational support in a government ICT environment.
