Guide customers through check-in and interactive gameplay, provide instructions and assistance, process payments, answer inquiries, monitor game areas, address malfunctions, and maintain a clean, safe facility. The role also includes merchandise inventory support, disinfecting equipment and lockers, minor facility touch-ups, and participating in games when needed. Candidates should be energetic, outgoing, communicative, flexible, and available for evening, weekend, holiday, and variable shifts.

Build and run Activate's CRM and lifecycle marketing: design acquisition, retention, rebooking, and win-back journeys; manage audience segmentation and workflows in the CRM (Braze); develop and run A/B tests; execute and optimize email, SMS, and push campaigns; track campaign impact on bookings and store performance; document processes and deliver performance insights and recommendations using AI tools.

Manage purchasing and supplier relationships across departments: generate and process purchase orders, maintain ERP purchasing data, solicit and negotiate quotes, resolve receiving and invoice discrepancies, forecast material needs, manage inventory parameters, report on supplier performance, and identify process improvements while leveraging AI tools to streamline procurement.
