Facilitate customer gaming experiences by briefing groups, monitoring gameplay, assisting with technical issues, and supporting customers throughout their visit. Manage check-in, appointments, payments, receipts, and inquiries. Maintain facility cleanliness, disinfect equipment and lockers, assist with inventory, and complete basic facility and prop maintenance. The part-time role requires energetic customer service, flexible shift availability, and work at the Mississauga location.
