Responsibilities include greeting and checking in guests, processing payments, briefing players, monitoring gameplay, troubleshooting malfunctions, participating when needed, answering questions, cleaning and disinfecting facilities, maintaining equipment, and assisting with inventory. This part-time role requires evening, weekend, holiday, and variable-shift availability, along with strong communication, multitasking, and time-management skills.

Guides customers through check-in and gameplay, explains game rules, monitors player experiences, resolves basic malfunctions, processes transactions, answers inquiries, and maintains a clean, safe facility. The role also supports inventory checks, equipment touch-ups, locker and wristband disinfection, and general store operations. It is a part-time, permanent position requiring flexible availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.

Supports US store operations through employee relations, performance management, workplace investigations, policy compliance, recruitment, onboarding, training, and development. Advises operations leaders, manages workplace claims and accommodations, analyzes HR trends, updates policies, and contributes to long-term HR strategy. The role is remote, supports multiple states, and requires travel of up to 25%.
