Manages accounts receivable and payable activities, including invoicing, payment posting, collections, reconciliations, billing issue resolution, aging reports, credit memos, audit support, and vendor invoice processing. Collaborates across departments, maintains internal-control compliance, and identifies process improvements. Requires strong accounting knowledge, attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Supports accounting operations including revenue and expense recognition, billing, cost accounting, cash management, general ledger, reconciliations, tax compliance, financial close, reporting, internal controls, and accounting system improvements. The role also mentors team members, coordinates outsourced tax and audit functions, and assists with consolidated financial statements for a global manufacturing and services business.

Designs, integrates, troubleshoots, and improves manufacturing systems and processes. Responsibilities include process improvement, root-cause analysis, lean manufacturing, equipment and workspace design, manufacturability reviews, quality validation, cost estimation, technical documentation, production training, and supervision. Requires a related bachelor’s degree, 1–2 years of process improvement experience, CAD proficiency for 3D modeling and 2D drawings, Microsoft Office skills, and knowledge of engineering fundamentals.
