Provides strategic leadership for onsite HOA operations, hospitality services, resident satisfaction, staff development, vendor contracts, board relations, budgeting, compliance, reporting, process improvement, and emergency preparedness. Partners with the General Manager to oversee service quality, financial performance, governance support, and operational effectiveness across departments.

Manage full-cycle recruiting, including proactive sourcing, candidate screening, hiring-manager partnership, pipeline development, candidate communication, and offer acceptance. Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Boolean searches, referrals, networking, and job boards to identify talent. Maintain accurate ATS records, provide market insights, support hiring events, and deliver a responsive, high-touch candidate experience while managing multiple searches and priorities.

Conducts community patrols and property inspections to identify, document, and track HOA rule violations. The role captures photos, issues notices, manages follow-ups, prepares compliance reports, communicates professionally with residents, and supports management and board meetings. It requires strong attention to detail, effective communication, confidentiality, proficiency with Microsoft Office and inspection tools, and the ability to drive and work outdoors.
