Lead and develop a high-performing team while ensuring regulatory and contractual compliance. Drive financial performance by improving billing accuracy, reducing denials, and enhancing collections. Use metrics and payroll data to inform staffing and operational decisions, set and monitor KPIs, and implement continuous improvement. Own recruitment, retention, risk mitigation, and professional communication to maintain service quality and control costs.

Provide safe, reliable transportation for special education students to and from school; secure students with appropriate restraints; maintain vehicle cleanliness and equipment; follow routes/GPS; communicate effectively with riders and monitors; pass background checks and obtain 7D certification.
