Lead new electronics product development from project open to production approval. Manage tooling procurement, PCBA specifications, validation testing, cost tracking, process flow, training, and cross-site transfers to meet time, cost, and quality objectives.

Assembles vehicle electronics products according to written and verbal instructions, CAD drawings, and specifications. Maintains a clean and organized production area, documents manufacturing activities, follows quality, safety, OSHA, ISO, and company procedures, and collaborates with the production team. The role requires operating basic tools and measuring equipment, lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally, and working overtime or Saturdays when production demands require it.

Drive North American sales and business development for ACTIA in-vehicle network and onboard electronics. Manage full sales cycle, develop market strategy, qualify opportunities, support RFQs and negotiations, collaborate with engineering, support and other teams, attend trade shows, and ensure legal and ISO compliance.
