Oversee PCBA assembly processes to ensure safety, IPC compliance, product reliability, and efficient equipment performance. Balance product design, equipment capabilities, process parameters, consumables, and tooling. Lead process testing, qualification batches, supplier and laboratory coordination, equipment parameter optimization, documentation, manufacturing support, design-for-manufacturing training, prototype launches, and continuous improvement of overall equipment effectiveness.

Provides technical support for ACTIA products, assists with requirements and functional specifications, coordinates product development activities, supports production startup, creates software and system test plans, configures CAN-based testing environments, performs verification and validation, mentors junior test engineers, and ensures compliance with ISO, OSHA, and legal requirements. The role requires expertise in vehicle or vessel architectures, electronics, embedded systems, software engineering, troubleshooting, and electronics production processes.

Drive North American sales and business development for ACTIA in-vehicle network and onboard electronics. Manage full sales cycle, develop market strategy, qualify opportunities, support RFQs and negotiations, collaborate with engineering, support and other teams, attend trade shows, and ensure legal and ISO compliance.
