Provides hands-on administration and support for a distributed IT environment, resolving escalated help desk issues, managing Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, endpoints, networks, VPNs, firewalls, and Wi-Fi. Responsibilities include onboarding and offboarding, asset tracking, documentation, vendor coordination, security hardening, tenant migrations, automation, IT policy development, and colleague training. The role supports a facility-based manufacturing operation and contributes to broader infrastructure and modernization projects.

Supports daily wire-facility administration and operations, including customer purchase order processing, ERP sales order entry, shipment documentation, billing, invoicing, customer inquiries, production paperwork, quality-control documentation, and coordination with engineering, materials, production, and customers. The role also assists with workflow accuracy, auditing, compliance, and process improvement while working periodically on the production floor and following PPE requirements.
