Lead sales operations in Belgium, develop and execute strategic sales plans, build and mentor a high-performing sales team, manage P&L and budgets, maintain client relationships, track KPIs, collaborate cross-functionally, and represent ACT-ON at industry events to drive revenue growth and market presence.

Support sales and marketing teams with B2B prospecting, proposal and presentation preparation, CRM and lead follow-up, digital communications (LinkedIn, newsletters, website), content creation, tracking marketing KPIs, and assisting at events and cross-functional projects.
