Process and verify supplier and subcontractor invoices, matching them with purchase orders, delivery notes, and agreements. Reconcile supplier statements, maintain accurate finance records, manage approval workflows, resolve discrepancies with project teams, and maintain supplier accounts. The role also supports compliance with construction contract procedures and general finance administration.

Prepare monthly management accounts, budgets, forecasts, cash-flow models, reconciliations, audit schedules, and variance commentary across three construction divisions. The role manages month-end close, WIP and revenue recognition, CIS and VAT reconciliations, overhead control, and financial reporting. It also partners with Heads of Finance, directors, commercial teams, and quantity surveyors to explain performance, challenge forecasts, maintain controls, and support informed business decisions.
