Own DataHub’s alliance strategy across hyperscalers, technology partners, and systems integrators. Build co-selling playbooks, certification and enablement programs, joint marketing initiatives, partner agreements, and pipeline attribution systems. Manage strategic partner relationships, coordinate sales, marketing, and product teams, and convert partnerships into measurable pipeline, revenue, and implementation capacity.

Owner of reliability and scalability for DataHub Cloud and enterprise deployments. Build deployment, monitoring, self-healing, and automation systems; define SLAs/SLOs, lead incident response, optimize performance/cost, and improve on-call/runbooks while partnering with product, engineering, and customer teams.

Lead a globally distributed ingestion engineering team (10-11 engineers) to evolve DataHub's connector ecosystem and ingestion framework. Own platform architecture, reliability, developer productivity, and AI-driven onboarding/troubleshooting agents. Partner with product, support, success, and community to expand connectors, reduce failures, and increase delivery velocity while maintaining team health.

Lead development of DataHub's metadata platform, building scalable systems, APIs, and architectures for metadata collection and processing.

Lead development of core SaaS platform capabilities for DataHub, drive functional enhancements for discovery, observability and governance, ensure performance/scalability/reliability, mentor engineers, collaborate with PMs, customers and the OSS community, and operate production services across cloud environments.

Lead product vision, strategy, and roadmap for DataHub's catalog products. Research user needs and market, translate ambiguous problems into scoped initiatives, drive cross-functional launches, create feedback loops with customers, and deliver measurable business and customer outcomes.

Partner with account executives to qualify and close enterprise deals by building demos, shaping POCs, gathering requirements, answering technical/security questions, and coordinating cross-functional teams for smooth pre- to post-sales transitions.

Manage end-to-end release cadences for open-source and managed cloud products, coordinate cross-functional teams, define go/no-go quality gates, build release automation and dashboards, identify and mitigate release risks, serve as central release contact, and run retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.
