Read and inspect water, gas, and electric meters on customer premises; record readings using devices; report damage or malfunctions; perform physical meter box work and route management; communicate with customers and assist with training.

Provide front-desk and office administrative support: manage phone/email inquiries, greet visitors, handle incoming/outgoing mail and shipments, maintain supplies, set up meetings and events, support HR and multiple departments, oversee office services and vendor coordination, and perform general clerical tasks to ensure smooth daily office operations.

Lead and manage field operations across Northern California supporting the PG&E contract. Oversee field teams and supervisors, workforce planning, scheduling, safety, quality, and productivity. Manage budgets, client relationships, reporting, compliance, and employee development. Maintain frequent in-person presence and support project start-ups, emergency response, and strategic initiatives.
