Provides day-to-day People Operations support across the employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, employee changes, transfers, separations, and Workday HCM transactions. Administers background checks and pre-employment screening, maintains confidential employee records, supports HR audits and compliance activities, resolves routine employee and manager questions, and identifies process improvements. The role collaborates with Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, HRIS, vendors, employees, and managers in a hybrid office environment.

Supervise meter services and support the Lawrenceville area by interfacing with customers, coordinating with internal and external management, applying industry standards, and leading special initiatives within the meter reading department.

Inspects and evaluates trees and brush along utility lines, submits findings and recommendations, coordinates tree-clearance crews, negotiates access issues, and serves as liaison among clients, crews, utility customers, and vendors. The role requires fieldwork across varied terrain and weather, independent geographic-area management, stakeholder communication, flexible scheduling, overnight travel, and occasional nights or weekends.
