Read and inspect gas, electric, and water meters on customer premises using handheld meter-reading devices and tablets; report damage or malfunctions; evaluate unsafe conditions and clean meter boxes; use hand tools; assist training; extensively walk routes in varied weather and communicate with customers and supervisors.

Supervise meter services teams, resolve field issues, train and evaluate staff, manage customer communication, coordinate vehicle and equipment maintenance, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and assist with meter reading tasks and reporting.

Perform outdoor patrols along utility lines to identify, inspect, and evaluate trees and brush, document hazards, and submit inspection results with recommendations. Work independently in rugged terrain and varied weather, travel throughout Twin Falls area, and use maps and Microsoft Office to record findings.
