Manages cloud service provider partners for Acronis, driving recurring revenue, retention, service adoption, upselling, and partner satisfaction. Responsibilities include territory planning, account management, partner onboarding and enablement, sales training, joint channel activities, lifecycle management, and coordination with internal technical and presales teams. The role requires strong cybersecurity industry knowledge, cloud channel sales experience, communication, planning, and organizational skills.

Lead the architecture, development, debugging, optimization, and maintenance of Windows kernel and user-mode networking components, especially WFP drivers. Investigate complex kernel, networking, performance, compatibility, and security issues using WinDbg, ETW/WPP, crash analysis, profiling, and reverse engineering. Provide technical leadership, coordinate distributed development, collaborate across engineering and security teams, and drive issues from root cause through production resolution.

Manages global compensation and benefits programs, including job architecture, leveling, salary structures, market benchmarking, pay transparency, compensation reviews, bonuses, merit programs, and benefits administration. Analyzes market and salary data, develops recommendations, partners with HR and cross-functional stakeholders, and manages brokers, insurers, and vendors to maintain effective, equitable, and cost-efficient programs.
