As a Cyber Expert Support Engineer, you'll troubleshoot complex technical issues, mentor junior members, and maintain deep knowledge of Acronis products while ensuring excellent customer service.

Manage and grow a portfolio of cloud channel partners using Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud: drive ARR growth, onboard and enable partners, increase service adoption, retain partners, coordinate internal resources, and track partner KPIs including revenue and churn.

The Senior Solutions Engineer will support the sales cycle, design Acronis platform solutions, conduct product demos, and manage customer accounts. Responsibilities include technical troubleshooting, analyzing business requirements, and facilitating customer evaluations.
