Develop and execute India’s integrated marketing strategy, driving pipeline growth, partner recruitment, channel engagement, demand generation, events, and revenue-focused campaigns. Manage budgets, agencies, vendors, and market development funds while measuring ROI and campaign performance. Build AI-powered marketing workflows and campaigns, collaborate with sales and partner teams, localize go-to-market initiatives, and report insights to regional leadership.

Leads the global quality strategy across Acronis’s product portfolio, providing dotted-line leadership to approximately 150 QA professionals across 10 product teams. Oversees QA governance, automation, AI-enabled testing, quality metrics, release readiness, risk management, and modernization initiatives. Partners with Engineering, Product, Customer Success, Sales, and executive stakeholders to improve product reliability, delivery predictability, customer retention, and operational efficiency.

Own and evolve the build and release infrastructure for a complex multi-language software product. Responsibilities include reproducible and cached builds, CI/CD pipelines, packaging, artifact signing and publishing, dependency management, release promotion and rollback, supply-chain traceability, build infrastructure scaling, and troubleshooting. The role also supports developers and QA, automates tooling with Python and shell, maintains Linux-based build environments, and documents processes.
