Prospect, present, and close payroll and HR solutions to small and mid-sized businesses using tablet-based CRM (Atlas). Build pipelines, maintain CRM records, meet production targets, upsell services, and collaborate with Payroll Territory/Division Managers. Training provided; role requires field work and commission-based earnings.

Manage a book of commercial insurance clients as primary contact: handle renewals, policy changes, account servicing, retention, and cross-sell opportunities. Provide consultative coverage recommendations, collaborate with internal teams, and promote digital tools to support client success.

Manage a caseload of multi-state claims (workers' compensation, indemnity, employer's liability, subrogation). Investigate claims, communicate with stakeholders, maintain documentation, coordinate return-to-work and litigation activities, review medical/expense records, and support timely claim resolution.
