Sell Auris payroll and HCM solutions to small and mid-sized businesses through prospecting, phone and in-person presentations, closing deals, upselling clients, maintaining CRM records (Atlas), and coaching/training Senior Product Advisors. Work with local PDM to set appointments, meet production targets, and manage client communication and reporting.

Process and print client claims checks, manage escrow funds, handle voids/stop payments, process ACH and positive pay files, record refunds/overpayments, reconcile month-end payments, prepare reconciliation reports, and ensure timely mailing and accurate controls.

Provide administrative and document management support for the claims team: receive/scan/index claim documents, maintain electronic claim files, prepare mailings, assist with mail processing, support claims professionals with clerical tasks, and ensure accuracy and timely processing.
