Process full-cycle, multi-state payroll across multiple entities and frequencies. Validate payroll inputs, commissions, timekeeping data, deductions, and tax elections; perform audits, reconciliations, corrections, reporting, and year-end W-2 support. Resolve employee payroll inquiries, maintain accurate confidential records, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with Finance and business leaders to address discrepancies. The role requires strong accuracy, customer service, deadline management, and Excel proficiency in a high-volume environment.

Provides administrative and operational support for employee leave processes, including intake, documentation tracking, record updates, data auditing, employee communications, return-to-work coordination, and escalation of complex leave or compliance matters. Maintains confidential records, applies foundational FMLA and ADA requirements, supports process improvements, and partners with HR teams to ensure timely and compliant leave administration.

Manages employee benefits accounts as a primary client contact, handling policy transactions, renewals, claims support, certificates, endorsements, correspondence, and client inquiries. Develops coverage strategies, supports insurance marketing and sales, maintains accurate agency-management records, and coordinates with producers, departments, and carriers. The role requires an active Health & Life license, employee benefits experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Applied Systems EPIC and Employee Navigator experience are advantageous.
